On July 16, 2009, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 3 000 000 GEL were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #28.  The securities were purchased by one (1) commercial bank.  The minimum interest rate was 2.45%, the maximum interest rate was 2.56%, and the average weighted interest rate was 2.51%.
