On November 26, 2009, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of GEL 10 000 000 were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #48.  The securities were purchased by four (4) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 3.17%, the maximum interest rate was 3.34%, and the average weighted interest rate was 3.24%.
