On February 18, 2010, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 15 000 000 GEL were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #7.  The securities were purchased by two commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 2.85%, the maximum interest rate was 3.25%, and the average weighted interest rate was 3.05%.
