On July 15, 2010, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of GEL 11 500 000 were sold at the 90-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #28. The securities were purchased by two commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 8.25%, the maximum interest rate was 9.25%, and the average weighted interest rate was 9.07%.
