On September 16, 2010, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 16 970 000 GEL were sold at the 91-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #37.  The securities were purchased by eight (8) commercial banks.  The minimum interest rate was 9.60%, the maximum interest rate was 10.00%, and the average weighted interest rate was 9.93%.
