On November 16, 2011, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 25 000 000 GEL were sold at the 182-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #46. The securities were purchased by three commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was7.77%, maximum interest rate was 8.25%,and the average weighted interest rate was 8.16%.
