On December 28, 2011, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 25 000 000 GEL were sold at the 182-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction #52. The securities were purchased by one commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 6.95%, maximum interest rate was 7.17% and the average weighted interest rate was 7.04%.
