On May 23, 2012, CDs (Certificates of Deposit) at the nominal value of 30 000 000 GEL were sold at the 84-day, National Bank of Georgia Certificate of Deposit Auction N21. The securities were purchased by three (3) commercial banks. The minimum interest rate was 6.23%, the maximum interest rate was 6.43%, and the average weighted interest rate was 6.32%.
