The Governor of the National Bank of Georgia has issued a decree canceling the registration of Microfinance Organization FinCredit LLC (registration number: 404474172), placing the organization in liquidation.

To ensure the timely and orderly settlement of liabilities, creditors are required to submit the following documentation to the liquidator of the organization:

For individuals:

1. Identity document
2. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against Microfinance Organization FinCredit

For legal entities:

1. Extract from the entrepreneurial register on the registration of a legal entity
2. Document confirming the authorized person
3. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against Microfinance Organization FinCredit

The above documentation will be delivered to the liquidator within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the official publication of this announcement, at the head office of the National Bank of Georgia, at the following address: 1, Zviad Gamsakhurdia embankment, 0114 Tbilisi, (Roin Tsatsiashvili, Liquidator of Microfinance Organization FinCredit; Tel: 599 511 382, e-mail: roin.tsatsiashvili@nbg.gov.ge). The claims of creditors will not be accepted unless the above conditions are met.
