By the Decree of the Vice-Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, the registration of the payment service provider Max Express Ltd was canceled and it went into liquidation.

In order to timely and smoothly clarify the liabilities of Max Express Ltd, the creditors must submit the following documents to the liquidator of the company:

For individuals:

1. Identity document
2. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against Max Express Ltd

 

For legal entities:

1. Excerpt from the Entrepreneurial Register on the registration of a legal entity
2. Document certifying the authorized person
3. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against Max Express Ltd

 

The above documents shall be provided to the liquidator within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the official publication of this statement to the central office of the National Bank of Georgia, at the following address: 1, Zviad Gamsakhurdia Embankment, 0114 Tbilisi (Liquidator of Max Express Ltd - Roin Tsatsiashvili, Tel.: 599 511 382, E-mail: Roin.tsatsiashvili@nbg.gov.ge). The claims of the creditors who fail to comply with this requirement, will not be accepted.
