By decree of Vice Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, payment service provider licenses for Geo Money Ltd and Smart Payment System Ltd were revoked and they went into receivership.

 

To ensure clearance of liabilities for Geo Money Ltd and Smart Payment System Ltd smoothly and in a timely manner, creditors are encouraged to submit the following documents to the liquidator of the company:

 

For individuals:

1. Identity document
2. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against Geo Money Ltd and Smart Payment System Ltd

 

For legal entities:

1. Extract from the entrepreneurial register on the registration of a legal entity
2. Document confirming the authorized person
3. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against Geo Money Ltd and Smart Payment System Ltd
