By Decree No. 195 of May 4, 2018 of Vice Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, a non-bank deposit-credit license of the registered cooperative credit union Universe (registration number 202457493) was revoked and they went into receivership. According to the decree No.211 of October 9, 2023, Roin Tsatsiashvili was appointed as the liquidator of the registered cooperative credit union Universe (registration number 202457493).

To ensure clearance of liabilities for credit union Universe smoothly and in a timely manner, creditors are encouraged to submit the following documents to the liquidator of the company:

For individuals:

1. Identity document
2. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against credit union Universe

For legal entities:

1. Extract from the entrepreneurial register on the registration of a legal entity
2. Document confirming the authorized person
3. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against credit union Universe

The claims of creditors will not be accepted unless the above conditions are met.
