Within the framework of the Law of Georgia On Mortgage-backed Bonds adopted by the Parliament of Georgia on November 29, 2022, the National Bank of Georgia has developed a draft of the regulatory/supervisory framework for mortgage-backed bonds.

The draft document is available on the official website of the National Bank of Georgia, open for submission of comments from interested parties. Comments can be sent until March 6, 2022 to the following email address: cm.corporate@nbg.gov.ge.
