The National Bank of Georgia is pleased to continue practicing pre-order sales of its collector coins. We now announce accepting pre-orders for King Bagrat III and King Parnavaz I gold and silver coins of the Kings of Georgia series. The coins are scheduled for the release in the second half of 2023. The full selling price of the coins will be announced once they are released.

 

Pre-orders for the coins may be placed at NBG Money Museum Online Store from July 5, 2022 through July 18, 2022. Those interested to place pre-orders must log in/register on the online store website. Customers make an advance payment of GEL 50 for a silver coin, and GEL 1000 for a gold coin, which is a part of the full price of the respective coin.

 

 

Pre-ordered coins will be delivered after the coins are released, provided that customers make a second payment through the online store website, which includes the remaining balance of the coin's value, as well as shipping and insurance fees.

 

 

Detailed information about placing pre-orders and subsequent procedures is provided in the Pre-order Agreement with the Customer of Online Store of the National Bank of Georgia, which is available to all interested parties on the website of the NBG Money Museum Online Store. Customers are provided with information on the terms of the Agreement prior to placing an order.

 

Considering the high level of public interest in the pre-orders they have placed for other coins, we are pleased to specify that the release and sales of Eurobasket silver collector coins is scheduled for August-September of the current year. King Vakhtang Gorgasali gold and silver collector coins are expected to be available in October-November of this year. King George  the Brilliant gold and silver collector coins are expected to be ready most likely in February-March 2023. The exact dates for the release and sales of said coins will be announced to the public additionally, before their sale dates.
