Natia Turnava Meets with World Bank RAMP Mission

Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, Natia Turnava, held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank’s Reserves Advisory and Management Partnership (RAMP) mission – Guilherme Alves, Henry Hua and Jérôme Teiletche. The Head of the Financial Markets Department, Alexander Khazaradze, also attended the meeting.

Discussions focused on ongoing areas of cooperation, including the implementation and development of the Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) framework, the update of the foreign exchange reserves investment strategy, the enhancement of the gold management policy, as well as future collaboration plans.

Natia Turnava expressed her gratitude to the World Bank RAMP team for their technical assistance and continuous support. She also underlined the National Bank of Georgia’s readiness to continue sharing its experience in international reserve management with other central banks within the framework of RAMP, and to remain an active contributor to the success of the program.
