Natia Turnava, the Acting Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, met with Abram Paley, Deputy Special Envoy at the Office of the Special Envoy for Iran. During the meeting, they discussed the current geopolitical challenges and the enforcement of sanctions related to Iran.

They also reviewed the measures and efforts undertaken by the National Bank of Georgia in this regard. The meeting highlighted the timely and effective implementation of relevant measures by the National Bank of Georgia.

It is worth noting that, in addition to Georgia, the Deputy Special Envoy at the US Office of the Special Envoy for Iran also held meetings in Armenia and Azerbaijan.
