In February 2019, the volume of money transfers from abroad constituted 125.5 million USD (332.9 million GEL), which is 10.2 percent (11.6 million USD) more than the amount in February 2018.
 
 

92.0 percent of the total money transfers from abroad came from 15 largest donor countries, with the volume of transfers from these countries each exceeding 1 million USD in February 2019. In February 2018 the share of these 15 countries constituted 92.2 percent of the total volume of money transfers.

In February 2019, 17.7 million USD (or 47.1 million GEL) was transferred from Georgia, as compared to 18.0 million USD (or 44.3 million GEL) in February 2018.
