By decree of the Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, the brokerage license of LLC Fidelis Wealth Management (Identification Number: 405214726) has been revoked, and the company has entered liquidation. To ensure the timely and smooth clarification of LLC Fidelis Wealth Management's obligations, creditors must submit the following documentation to the company's liquidator:

For individuals:

1. Proof of identity
2. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against LLC Fidelis Wealth Management.

For legal entities:

1. Extract from the entrepreneurial register regarding the legal entity's registration.
2. Document confirming the authorized person's identity.
3. Documentation confirming the existence of a claim against LLC Fidelis Wealth Management.

The aforementioned documentation must be submitted to the liquidator within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the official publication of this announcement at the following address: 8th Floor, Room No.5, I. Chavchavadze Avenue No.37m, Tbilisi, Georgia.
