The net international investment position (IIP) of Georgia amounted to -29.2 billion USD (-78.3 billion GEL) for September 30 2023, accounting for -98.7 percent of the last 4 quarter GDP. (The same item for June 30 2023, accounted 103.9 percent)  Net IIP improved by 337.6 million USD compared to the previous quarter.

International assets amounted to 15.6 billion USD (41.8 billion GEL) by September 30 2023, increased by 386.5 million USD quarterly.

Liabilities increased by 48.9 million USD during the quarter totaling 44.8 billion USD (120.1 billion GEL).
