
Georgia to Host International Finance Summit within the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum
For the first time this year, Georgia will host a large-scale international event the Tbilisi Finance Summit within the framework of the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum.
The Summit is jointly organized by the National Bank of Georgia, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, and Singapore’s Global Finance and Technology Network (GFTN). It will bring together fintech and financial sector leaders, senior representatives of major companies, and industry experts from across the world.
The two-day event will be held on October 22–23 and will feature a series of sessions and panel discussions.
The main theme of the Tbilisi Financial Summit will focus on the future of financial technologies, the development of innovative infrastructure in the region, and the positioning of the Middle Corridor as a key hub for global trade and digital finance.
In addition, bilateral business meetings will be arranged for representatives of participating companies from various sectors.
The Tbilisi Financial Summit is part of the GFTN’s global series of events. By hosting the Summit, Georgia officially joins the Network, marking another step toward its strategic goal to become a vital link of the Middle Corridor connecting Europe and Asia. Originating in Singapore, GFTN unites years of international expertise and has successfully expanded across Asia and Europe.
