Georgian experts provided information support to its organizer, Thomas Lautz, the head of the “Museum of Money History” of the commercial bank “Kreissparkasse” in Cologne.
The exhibition represents the private collections of numismatists Klaus Bron and Reinhard Huter, which chronologically contain all exhibits of the Georgian coin system – from the Antique times to the present. “The exposition aroused a great interest. Without assistance of the National Bank of Georgia, it would be difficult for us to do it”- said Anja Bron, the daughter of one of the exhibition initiators. Anja Bron studied at the Tbilisi State University, department of law. She became interested in Georgian banknotes yet in her student years.
Exhibition in Cologne will last to mid October.
