The monetary fine of 39 500 (thirty-nine five hundred) GEL was imposed on payment service provider “PayUnicard” LLC (I.N. 404519455):

• For 2 (two) case for misrepresentation of information/documentation to the National Bank of Georgia in the process of inspection;
• In relation to 10 (ten) clients, the origin of their property and funds was not documented;
• In relation to 1 (one) client, risk assasment was not carried out taking into account the relevant risk factors defined by the provider's internal policies/procedures;
• In relation to 1 (one) client, documents obtained regarding the client's property were not stored.
