In 4 (four) cases, according to the order of the President of the National Bank of Georgia No. 43/04 of March 28, 2017, "The procedure for filling out and presenting information on the legalization of illegal income of payment service providers and the risk of terrorism financing supervision report" I of 2023 and II of 2023 half of the reports contained inaccurate information, which is subject to a fine of 1,000 (thousand) in accordance with Article 21, Clause 4, Sub-Clause "E" of the "Rules for Determining, Imposing and Enforcing the Amount of Monetary Fines against Payment Service Providers and Its Administrators" approved by the Order of the President of the National Bank of Georgia N87/04 of June 13, 2017 in the amount of GEL, for each fact of violation (4,000 GEL in total).

Payment service provider was fined with total amount of 4,000 (four thousand) GEL.
