The monetary fine of 26 000 (Twenty six thousand) GEL was imposed on payment service provider “Neollet” LLC (I.N. 405280280):

1. For 1 (one) case for misrepresentation of information/documentation to the National Bank of Georgia in the process of inspection;
2. For 1 (one) case from payment service provider was revealed non-fulfilment of the written requirements for a payment service provider, which were from the outcome of an on-site inspection, within the established timeframe;
3. It was revealed that the provider's compliance control system does not include an independent audit function (therefore no independent audit was conducted);
4. 1 (one) case of incorrect submission and 1 (one) case of non-submission of the report to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia regarding the information about transaction defined by Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the "Rules for accounting, storage and submission of information on transactions by an accountable person to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia" approved by Order №1 of the Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia on June 5, 2020, was revealed.
