As a result of inspection of “Microfinance organization MJC” LTD (identification number: 416297509) was revealed 5 (Five) facts of failure to comply with the requirements by Article 6, paragraph one, sub-paragraph "a" of the law of Regulation on Approval of the Rule on Record-keeping, Storage and Reporting of the Information on the Transaction by Obliged Entity to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia, 5 June 2020, approved by head of Financial monitoring service. In particular, there are 5 (five) cases of non-submission of reports above the limit for the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia, which is a violation of the „Rule for determining, imposing and enforcing of the fine to the microfinance organizations and their administrators“ adopted on February 5, 2020 by the order №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia No. - Pursuant to Article 3, Clause 3, Sub-Clause "M", considers for a fine of - 2,000 (two thousand) GEL for each violation, a total of 10,000 (ten thousand) GEL for the aforementioned violation.
