During the inspection period, was found 6 (six) cases of incorrect submission of requested information/documentation by the microfinance organization to the National Bank of Georgia, which is a violation of the "Rule for determining, imposing and enforcing of the fine to the microfinance organizations and their administrators" adopted on February 5, 2020 by the order №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia. Pursuant to Article 3, Clause 3, Sub-Clause "P", it provides for a fine of 2,000 (two thousand) GEL for each violation. 12,000 (twelve thousand) GEL for 6 (six) cases.

During the inspection period, was found 1 (one) case reporting incorrect information to the National Bank of Georgia under the provisions of the "Rule for the filing and submitting illicit income legalization and Terrorism Financing Risk Supervision Reports by Microfinance Organizations" adopted on May 31, 2016 by the decree № 61/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia – it provides for a fine of 1,000 (thousand) GEL

Microfinance Organization JSC „MFO GEORGIAN CREDIT“ (I/N 245431108) was fined with total amount of 13,000 (thirteen thousand) GEL.
