As a result of inspection of „Microfinance organization Family Credit“ LLC (identification number: 412717476) was revealed 3 (Three) facts of failure to comply with the requirements by Article 6, paragraph one, sub-paragraph "a" of the law of Regulation on Approval of the Rule on Record-keeping, Storage and Reporting of the Information on the Transaction by Obliged Entity to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia, 5 June 2020, approved by head of Financial monitoring service. In particular, there are 3 (Three) cases of non-submission of reports above the limit for the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia, which is a violation of the „Rule for determining, imposing and enforcing of the fine to the microfinance organizations and their administrators“ adopted on February 5, 2020 by the order №16/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia No. - Pursuant to Article 3, Clause 3, Sub-Clause "M", considers for a fine of - 2,000 (two thousand) GEL for each violation, a total of 6,000 (Six thousand) GEL for the aforementioned violation.

During the inspection period, there were 2 (Two) cases of incorrect submission of requested information/documentation by the microfinance organization to the Inspection group of the National Bank of Georgia. Which according to the Article 3, Paragraph 3, sub-paragraph “p” of the Rule Approved by the Decree №16/04 of February 5, of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on “Determining the Penalty amount, Imposition and Enforcement of Fines to the Microfinance Organization and their Administrators” envisages a fine with the amount of 2,000 GEL on each case. And for 2 (Two) cases of the mentioned violation, a total of 4,000 (Four thousand) GEL;

MICROFINANCE ORGANIZATION – „MICROFINANCE ORGANIZATION FAMILY CREDIT“ LLC (I/N 412717476) is fined in the total amount of 10,000 (Ten thousand) GEL.
