The Governor of the National Bank of Georgia, Koba Gvenetadze introduced the Monetary Policy Committee's decision and discussed the macroeconomic trends with the business sector representatives of the Kakheti Region.

The managers of the commercial banks and microfinance organizations in the Kakheti Region attended the meeting in the Tsinandali Complex.

As it was emphasized on the meeting, active communication with the civil society is one of the priorities for the National Bank of Georgia. Koba Gvenetadze stated: "We want to deepen our knowledge in the regions, understand the problems, what is requested from us, what is the perception of the situations. As we obtain the vital information, it helps us analyze the situation and we make relevant decision leading to the resolution of the given problems."
