The deadline for entrepreneurs for registering at the National Bank of Georgia has expired

This is to inform that on March 11, 2018, the registration
deadline for those entrepreneurs, who had returnable funds raised from more
than 20 individuals, has expired.
Consequently, in the presence of the breach of legal requirements - those entrepreneurs, who have not registered at the National Bank of Georgia - in case of executing actions related to the raising of funds from individuals, the subject will be held responsible according to the Legislation of Georgia.
