Money Transfers in October
In October 2017, the volume of money transfers from abroad constituted 123.0 million USD (307.1 million GEL), which is 20.0 percent (20.5 million USD) more than the amount in October 2016.
92.9 percent of the total money transfers from abroad came from 14 largest donor countries, with the volume of transfers from of these countries each exceeding 1 million USD in October 2017. In October 2016 the share of these 14 countries constituted 93.2 percent of the total volume of money transfers.
