Notes were sold at the Auction held at NBG.

commercial banks participated in the auction. The total demand amounted to GEL 7 520
000. Minimum yield was 10.750%, maximum yield was 10.750% and the weighted
average yield was fixed at 10.750%.
The coupon rate was 10.500%.
Coupons will be paid semiannually.
