Joint Print Contest of the NBG and ACAG

06 May, 2021

The NBG and the Association of Communication Agencies of Georgia [ACAG] held a joint print contest dedicated to cyber security issues. The goal of the contest was to achieve a greater citizen focus on, and the awareness of, the security of banking/financial information. As the advances in digital technology make access to financial and other services faster and more efficient, they, however, also give rise to some cyber risks. The NBG closely monitors the security of banking/financial information and regularly reminds citizens to be cautious.

We need to be mindful when using the devices with which we manage our finance (computer, laptop, smartphone, etc.). Attention must be paid also when sharing personal or other important information (such as: personal ID number, card PIN code, etc.). As part of the contest, participants had the task to create information posters reminding citizens to think twice before sharing their personal and banking/financial information.

The results showed that the first prize was won by 4MEDIA Print. The agency's work will be placed on the streets of Tbilisi and published in partner media channels.
