The volume of lending by commercial banks (including loans to non-residents) in November 2015 increased by 17.8 million GEL or by 0.1 percent compared to the previous month and exceeded 15.8 billion GEL by December 1, 2015. The volume of loans in the national currency decreased by 71.4 million GEL (1.3 percent) and the volume of loans in foreign currencies increased by 89.2 million GEL or by 0.9 percent in the same period.
