The monetary fine of 13 000 (thirteen thousand) GEL was imposed on payment service provider “Wallypay” LLC (I.N. 405272501).

• In 1 (one) case, a violation of the requirements of Subparagraph "a" of Paragraph 3, Article 21 of the Law of Georgia on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") was identified. In accordance with Subparagraph "e" of Paragraph 3, Article 21 of the “Rules for Determining, Imposing, and Enforcing Monetary Fines on Payment Service Providers and Their Administrators,” approved by Order No. 87/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia dated June 13, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the "Rule on Fines"), a monetary penalty of 5,000 (five thousand) GEL is imposed when an obligation related to a politically exposed person is violated. The total fine amounted to 5,000 (five thousand) GEL.
• In 2 (two) cases, the provider submitted incorrect information to the National Bank of Georgia in the supervisory reports on money laundering and terrorism financing risks, as defined by Order No. 196/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia dated 31 July 2024, “On Approval of the Rule on Completing and Submitting Supervisory Reports on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Risks by Payment Service Providers” (specifically, the reports for the first and second halves of 2024). In accordance with Subparagraph "e" of Paragraph 4, Article 21 of the Rule on Fines, a monetary penalty of 1,000 (one thousand) GEL is imposed for each violation. The total fine amounts to 2,000 (two thousand) GEL.
• In 1 (one) case of incorrect submission of information specified in Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the “Rules for Recording, Storing and Submitting Information on Transactions by an Accountable Person to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia” approved by Order No. 1 of the Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia dated June 5, 2020. In accordance with Subparagraph "m" of Paragraph 3, Article 21 of the Rule on Fines, a monetary penalty in the amount of 3,000 (three thousand) GEL is imposed for each fact of The total fine amounts to 3,000 (three thousand) GEL.

In 1 (one) case of non-submission of information specified in Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the “Rules for Recording, Storing and Submitting Information on Transactions by an Accountable Person to the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia” approved by Order No. 1 of the Head of the Financial Monitoring Service of Georgia dated June 5, 2020. In accordance with Subparagraph "m" of Paragraph 3, Article 21 of the Rule on Fines, a monetary penalty in the amount of 3,000 (three thousand) GEL is imposed for each fact of  violation. The total fine amounts to 3,000 (three thousand) GEL.
