A Fine of GEL 5000 (Five thousand) was Imposed on the Securities Registrar JSC “Kavkasreestri”  for:

1. Securities Registrar failed to comply with the obligations of internal control and monitoring for the purposes of facilitation of the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Adopted rules and procedures did not correspond with the legislation and was not used in practice, which according to the order №35/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia adopted on February 14, 2012, “against the person and the members of the governing body, Securities legislation, accounting, reporting and auditing”, On Facilitating the Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing", "Rule for determining, imposing and executing monetary penalty In the current version; - the "rule of fine" article 5² paragraph 3 subparagraph "I" envisages fine with the amount of 3 000 (three thousand) Lari;

1. Due to 1 (one) case of submitting inaccurate information to the group of on-site inspectors of the National Bank of Georgia, which according to the "rule of fine" article 5² paragraph 3 subparagraph "N" envisages fine with the amount of 2 000 (two thousand) Lari;
