The monetary fine of 14 000 (Fourteen thousand) GEL was imposed on payment service provider “CPay” LLC (I.N. 405228819).

For the breach of the Requirements of the rule established by the Order №43/04 of the President of the National Bank of Georgia on March 28, 2017  “On approval of the procedure for completing and submitting reports on the supervision of the risk of legalization of illegal income and financing of terrorism of payment service providers”.
