Protecting the rights of consumers in the financial sector is one of the important tasks of the National Bank of Georgia. In this regard, the NBG is committed to ongoing improvement of current  practices, in order to approach the best international experience and tackle current challenges. "What  have we accomplished and what are we planning to do to protect the rights of consumers in the future?"
